Well getting there…
For quite some time now Spectrum has been blocking me on all my devices from the Bastard Nation website as well as a literary journal that regularly publishes my real-life work. Instructions on how to fix this didn’t work. As a result, the BN website has not been updated for some time- -or more than some time.
Today a BN OGer suggested I try VPN, which I should have added before, but I thought Spectrum would override it–and suddenly I’m in.
It will take a while to update, but now I have something useful to do for NAM/NAAM other than blogging.
Not much of a blog today, but this a load off my mind. I spent a good part of the day reading the Joan Didion classic Play It as It Lays, and when I finished felt like walking out in traffic. I’m a nihilist but this beats me. Successfully sneaking around the Spectrum Nannies, has raised my spirits immensely.
